MaryAnn is excellent. She represented the seller on the other side of the transaction, with me as the buyer/attorney representing myself. I generally expect a lot from professionals and MaryAnn did not disappoint. MaryAnn is knowledgeable, diligent and does her work very well. She uses/recommends well-qualified professionals for inspections, etc. and worked hard on any issues that came up. She is exceedingly prompt in responding to communications and handling matters and documents, and makes herself available without delay. These are all things that you expect from a good agent, but she went beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

MaryAnn was instrumental in getting our family property sold at an honest price so that we could close on our new property. There were many hurdles to jump through, but as a team we persevered and made it through both closings unscathed! The entire process of getting ready to put our house on the market, go through the process of reviewing offers, seeing what surprises come up with lenders and then following everything through to the end of closing was a roller coaster ride and such a heavy process.
